Welding is a widely used method of joining metal products.
We carry out welding, locksmith and welding work combined for the manufacture of metal
structures, body parts, ladders, eyelets, etc.
We use:

Manual electric arc welding with the use of electrodes, which allows to connect almost any type
of steel. -
Semi–automatic welding (MAG) — used mainly for welding sheet metal, used in hard-to-reach
places, the advantage is low heating of the metal and a thin fillet -
Weld overlay. We have the technology of applying wear-resistant coating with hardness from 20
to 50HRC, by hot and «cold» spraying of nickel-based powders.

SuperJet burner is used for hot powder spraying
The method consists in gas heating of the surface to operating temperature and feeding powder through the nozzle of the burner with simultaneous burning-off. It is used to obtain a hard, wear-resistant coating of the edges of formlining.
The CastoDyn 8000 burner is used for hot and "cold" spraying
The method of hot spraying consists in gas heating the surface is reached to the operating temperature and feeding through the burner nozzle, which is fixed on the main surface due to diffusive penetration. Then the burn-off is carried out and a smooth, hard and wear-resistant surface is obtained.

You return the signed package of documents to us and make an advance payment according to the terms of the contract
Carrying out the work
Carrying out the work
We carry out all the work stipulated by contract:
— manufacture of products (component assemblies and individual parts) according to
the customer’s drawings from the toll and our material,
— design of construction documentation, development and manufacture of fittings if
necessary,
— certification of the final product
Acceptance of the product
Quality acceptance
The finished product undergoes a strict internal quality control check to make sure that it meets the requirements of the construction documentation.
The customer is also invited to take part in the acceptance by prior agreement.
Payment and shipment
Payment and shipment
You make the final payment according to the terms of the agreement. We prepare a package of documents for shipment and dispatch the order within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery to the customer’s warehouse is possible by prior agreement.
