Grinding treatment
Grinding is, as a rule, the final operation of processing parts, designed to bring the tolerances and
fits, as well as the surface roughness of the part to specified values, which cannot be achieved when
processing with gravers and cutters.
We provide services for cylindrical and surface grinding

Cylindrical grinding — both cylindrical and conical surfaces.

Surface grinding — with the use of devices for installing and fixing parts, it is possible to grind inclined surfaces, grooves and ledges.

Surface grinding machine with DRO
The largest dimensions of the workpiece to be installed (LхBxH), mm – 990x280x400, the largest

product, kg – 220.
We ourselves will design and manufacture equipment for your production part. We guarantee the quality of the work performed in accordance with the design documentation.

We consider your application, make a preliminary calculation of the cost within 1-3 working days
(depending on the volume order) and provide you with a detailed commercial offer
Contract
Execution of the contract
We send you the draft contract, the specification and the invoice.
You return the signed package of documents to us and make an advance payment according to the
terms of the contract
Carrying out the work
Carrying out the work
We carry out all the work stipulated by contract:
— manufacture of products (component assemblies and individual parts) according to
the customer’s drawings from the toll and our material,
— design of construction documentation, development and manufacture of fittings if
necessary,
— certification of the final product
Acceptance of the product
Quality acceptance
The finished product undergoes a strict internal quality control check to make sure that it meets the requirements of the construction documentation.
The customer is also invited to take part in the acceptance by prior agreement.
Payment and shipment
Payment and shipment
You make the final payment according to the terms of the agreement. We prepare a package of documents for shipment and dispatch the order within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery to the customer’s warehouse is possible by prior agreement.
