Jig boring
Jig boring is designed to perform fitment bores with strict observance of center-to-center distances
and orientation relative to the base surfaces, and also for removing and checking the dimensions of
finished parts.

— the largest vertical movement of the spindle carrier Z2 is 250mm;
— the largest mass of the processed product is 320kg;
— the division value of the raster grid of the coordinate system is 0.01 mm.
Thanks to the professional use of related equipment – an edge finder with an indicator, microscopecenter finder, mandrel-center finder, spring core, turntables we can process holes specified in the polar coordinate system, inclined and mutually perpendicular holes and the groove of the end planes.
We ourselves will design and manufacture equipment for your production part. We guarantee the quality of the work performed in accordance with the design documentation.

You return the signed package of documents to us and make an advance payment according to the terms of the contract
Carrying out the work
Carrying out the work
We carry out all the work stipulated by contract:
— manufacture of products (component assemblies and individual parts) according to the customer’s drawings from the toll and our material,
— design of construction documentation, development and manufacture of fittings if necessary,
— certification of the final product
Acceptance of the product
Quality acceptance
The finished product undergoes a strict internal quality control check to make sure that it meets the requirements of the construction documentation.
The customer is also invited to take part in the acceptance by prior agreement.
Payment and shipment
Payment and shipment
You make the final payment according to the terms of the agreement. We prepare a package of documents for shipment and dispatch the order within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery to the customer’s warehouse is possible by prior agreement.
