Gear milling
Gear milling involves the production of parts such as pinion, pinion shaft, gear wheel, sprocket, and
also cutting slots that are used in various mechanisms type, for transmitting rotational motion.
We use copying and generative method to cut the outer tooth and the running-in method for the
inner tooth.
Our production equipment
Vertical semi-automatic gear milling machine (hobbing method)
The maximum diameter of the workpiece is 500mm, the maximum module is 8mm, and the maximum length of the gear is 300mm.
Vertical semi-automatic gear shaping machine (hobbing method)
The maximum diameter of the workpiece is 200mm, the maximum width of the workpiece is 50mm, and the maximum module is 4mm.
Console milling machines (copying method)
Table parameters: 320×1250, movement X, Y, Z — 700x260x380.
This equipment allows us to:
• Cut various tooth configurations;
• Manufacture worm gear pairs, gears;
• Production of gears with straight, bevel, helical teeth;
• Manufacture of gears with internal teeth.
We ourselves will design and manufacture equipment for your production part. We guarantee the quality of the work performed in accordance with the design documentation.

You submit a request on our website or contact us in any convenient for you way.
We consider your application, make a preliminary calculation of the cost within 1-3 working days
(depending on the volume order) and provide you with a detailed commercial offer.
Contract
Execution of the contract
We send you the draft contract, the specification and the invoice.
You return the signed package of documents to us and make an advance payment according to the
terms of the contract
Carrying out the work
Carrying out the work
We carry out all the work stipulated by contract:
— manufacture of products (component assemblies and individual parts) according to
the customer’s drawings from the toll and our material,
— design of construction documentation, development and manufacture of fittings if
necessary,
— certification of the final product
Acceptance of the product
Quality acceptance
The finished product undergoes a strict internal quality control check to make sure that it meets the requirements of the construction documentation.
The customer is also invited to take part in the acceptance by prior agreement.
Payment and shipment
Payment and shipment
You make the final payment according to the terms of the agreement. We prepare a package of documents for shipment and dispatch the order within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery to the customer’s warehouse is possible by prior agreement.
